Your process documents say how the work is done. They cannot say what to do when the situation is not the one in the document — and that is every situation that waits for you. This page writes down the missing layer, three lines at a time.
- What it is: the three lines from the episode, for one recurring decision — with the decision itself at the top and what would change your mind at the bottom.
- Who fills it in: you, first. Then the person who would have to make the call.
- When: now, for whatever stopped last time you were away. Again whenever a new decision starts routing through you.
- Time: fifteen minutes for the first one. Five for each after that.
