IAM group vs AWS Organizations, what's the difference?

An IAM group places certain IAM users together with a specific set of permissions to access certain resources such as EC2 or S3. AWS Organizations, through Organizational Units, is a way to manage multiple AWS accounts and apply policies across a group of accounts.
